Job Purpose:

 

We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Enterprise Strategy Division. As part of our team, you'll work closely with our partners to develop and implement strategies that help us meet our business objectives.

 

Role Responsibilities:

 

 Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth.

  • Responsible for working with the senior management to increase proposal requests, revenues landed, and generating relevant content for client and contact base. 
  • Networking and building contacts at
    • Trade Chambers and Embassies
    • Relevant expos and delegations
    • Seminar and conference
    • Corporates
  • Increase brand visibility and identify speaking opportunities for partners.
  • Research and explore new business opportunities in the market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders in India and abroad.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Develop marketing strategies, to create effective business solutions.
  • Monitor and report on BD performance metrics and KPIs.

 

Desired Skills:

 

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Proficient with MS Office

 

 Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
